Hobson Easyseat II

Do's any use a Hobson Easyseat II, Which is the replacement for the plain old Hobson Easyseat - in case you didn't know. For the last few years I've used a Spongywonder seat because for medical reasons I cant use an ordinary seat (that explanation will hopefully negate suggestions that I use something more conventional) but its getting a bit battered now is a bit out of shape and needs replacing. The Spongywonder hasn't been developed at all so I've been looking at the alternatives.
Which I've narrowed down to the Spiderflex and the Easyseat II http://www.spiderflex.com/ http://www.hobsonseats.com/prod_easyii.htm
The spiderflex looks ok clean & simple but is a bit more expensive and I'd have to order it from the US (I'm in the UK) The Easyseat II I can get over here but I'm slightly concerned by the (few) reviews I've found, they suggest that the built in adjustment might be a problem and also that it's noisy tending to creak which might indicate future stress failure. The Easyseat might be cheaper and easier to purchase but its complexity might make it short lived.
So I'm hoping that someone can give some useful info for which of course I'll be most grateful
Graham
