Long story.  Here's the short version.
Wife has a new Townie 3-speed.  She needs to ride for exercise but
she's in no shape to ride right now.  Don't want to invest in a
stationary bike.

I've got Mavic Ksyrium SL Premium wheels and my tubes keep developing a
slow leak at the base of the valve stem.  My dealer suggested using a
short piece of rim tape over the valve stem hole to provide a bit of
cushioning and it helped...a little...I got 700 miles before the tubes

Has anybody had any experience with or can recommend a decent helmet
cam?  Or ones to stay away from?  I looking for something that can
record at least an hour or more continously.  I'm assuming that will
mean the camera and the rest of the unit will be seperate which is ok

I have three old 1980's 36 spoke 700C 3x lacing wheels in very good
condition that I am considering selling on either Craigslist or
