Urge Obama to Keep National Park Service Rule Changes in Place31 Dec 2008 01:12 GMT8

presidency, to help the environment, and that's opening the National
Parks to mountain biking if park managers determine that it can be done
Cold Weather Breathing Aids?30 Dec 2008 19:09 GMT10

(pneumonia.... great way to lose 35 pounds... not all that bad a
way to go either... very peaceful...)  I start coughing my brains
out after rides in air that's colder than 40 degrees F.

So much for this global warming BS.

a few bikes if it doesn't warm up soon.

Minnesota Winters21 Dec 2008 17:00 GMT31
Has it ever occurred to anyone but me that this earth is just barely
inhabitable by us humans? Now is the winter of my discontent. Minnesota is
colder than ever. I am cold all the time. Damn these northern climes!
My idea of paradise is a warm climate year around. Minnesota is ...
Xmas Message to the Cycling Newsgroups from Ed Dolan the Great19 Dec 2008 23:04 GMT2
Is there anyone left in the Western world who believes in God, let alone the
divinity of Jesus Christ?  Only the murderous Muslims truly believe any of
that nonsense these days. I expect Jews to remain true to their traditions
to the bitter end. I hold them to a higher standard. ...

Irish Lightness14 Dec 2008 00:11 GMT2
These cycling newsgroups seem to replete with heavy types ... you know, like
Germans and Scandinavians who have ever proven themselves to be dour and
dead serious. They know not the delights of Irish lightness.
We of Irish ancestry are given to spoofing and kidding in the extreme. ...
