Yesterday I did an experiment on the trainer. I've tried to give as

First rumour I got, from an unidentified emailer, was that the USADA
review board passed the case on without looking at the merits because
they couldn't get the 370 page LDP translated from French, so they just
punted.

Quick question for the group.
Just wondering if any of you do anything like warm up on a trainer before
you ride. Obviously many do that before a race, but I'm just talking about
