[Apologies for non-technical terms used] The chain on my bike keeps jumping down a gear automatically. That is to say, it seems to want to be on a smaller back-cog than I set it on.

Anyone got any idea what a triple conversion would cost for an old square taper BB raleigh banana road bike? It's got down tube shifters and I'm not especially bothered about swapping them...
